|Aroma & Palate||Passionfruit, gooseberry, lime peach, bursting acid|
|Style||Kiwi Sauv Blanc icon
This is it, the wine that put Marlborough Sauv Blanc on the map. The bottleshop shelves of today owe a lot to this one, let's say that much, and it's still an achingly fruity flagship for the style and as much a piece of iconic Kiwiana as the silver fern.
Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is intense and vibrant. The nose is open, appealing and expressive, with ripe passionfruit, white peach and a hint of lime.
The palate is deliciously concentrated and tropical, underpinned by nectarine and blossoms. Saline notes bring structure, while passionfruit and vibrant citrus acidity brings balance.
The compelling finish encourages you to take another sip, and then another.
