This Syrah delivers a long and flavoursome palate of rich plum and berry fruit with a fine, supple texture.
The palate is medium weight and supple with a long finish. Rich plum and berry-fruit is lifted by fragrant spice, violet and liquorice aromas.
Well matched to a range of meat and game or robust vegetarian dishes, particularly those displaying more earthy or savoury elements such as mushrooms, eggplant, cavolo nero, pulses and cheese.
