Our Notes
One of Australia's favourite bourbons, still heavy with notes of toasted oak and lemon curd, bottled a little stronger for a more assertive drop. Perfect in any bourbon cocktail, neat or on the rocks.
Funnily enough, while many big cats have melanistic ("black panther") coat variations, no black cougar has ever been confirmed. A few exist in rumour and folklore.
