The wine displays a sublimely supple texture with fine tannins melding together for a mouth-filling completeness.

Shiraz delivers rich and plump dark plum to the mid-palate whilst blackcurrant, dark chocolate and mint characters from the Cabernet Sauvignon drive the long and memorable finish.

For over fifty years seahorses have been the symbol of Taylors family winery. On first glance, winemakers and marine scientists seem like unlikely allies. But they do face a common problem - climate change. Seahorses, much like grapevines, are indicator species that raise the alarm for serious climate-related issues. It's very important we do what we can to reverse their population decline before it's too late.

At national and global scales, Taylors partner with two organisations that are working to protect seahorses and secure thriving populations of these quirky fishes.
