      Grant Burge produces both red and white wines in the Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills. Varietals used include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauv Blanc.

      Both are small but significant areas close to each other and Adelaide, and both are renowned as the birthplace of some of Australia's finest wines. Differences include climate, soil, and of course altitude - as suggested by the names, Barossa is a valley and the Adelaide Hills are elevated.
