As villains against convention we favour vixen like elegance, textural wines with enhanced vibrancy of fruit and varietal characteristics.

About the Winery
Hentley Farm was founded in 1997 by Keith and Alison Henske, both scientifically-minded veterans of the Australian winemaking scene. A perfect overlooked spot in the Northern Barossa was scouted, and the pair put together a crack team produce top-quality terroir-focused wine. Current head winemaker Andrew Quinn shares the science-meets-passion approach, with a background in horticulture, and the Hentley Farm roster continue to dig themselves ever dig into the hearts of critics and wine lovers here and worldwide.

19 crimes

Although the 19 crimes blend is by far my favourite, I was keen to try the whole Red series, The Shiraz was very nice and I would definitely recommend this and the other 19 crimes to anyone 🙃
