The cool, often slightly soggy climate of NSW’s picturesque Southern Highlands seems a natural match for Pinot Noir, a grape that often works best unhurried.
This wine is certainly proof of that, a stunningly varietal Pinot accentuated with subtle French oak, but the approach wasn’t as obvious as it might seem - Artemis’ Balog brothers are just the third winemakers to plant and vinify this grape in the Highlands!

Strawberry, vanilla & cherry on the nose, caramel, cedar & spice on the palate. Medium acidity and subtle French oak complement the moreish fine tannins and balanced alcohol.
