Our Notes
Creamy in feel and tropical in flavour, this medium-bodied Hunter Verdelho is fruit-forward, with pineapple on the palate and a juicy-sweet passionfruit-pomegranate acidity.
Bright enough to balance the fruit-salad nature of the flavours, this would pair well with an indulgent green salad with pine nuts or a Thai green curry.

A delicious expression of Hunter Valley Verdelho here from the experienced team at Briar Ridge.
Pale straw. Ripe and fresh tropical fruits and florals. Youthful, fresh and juicy guava, lychee, fresh lemon on the soft, textural palate. A pretty example of the variety with bright and pure length, that's drinking well.
About the Winery
Based in the scenic Hunter Valley, the Briar Ridge team take careful part in every part of the process, from growing to making and enjoying. Shirazes and semillons are two specialties, but they're varietally adventurous. A beautiful and recently refurbished cellar door tops things off, and is now open again to the public - but book ahead, as capacity is limited!
